Staff Members - Epilepsy Foundation of Georgia

The Epilepsy Foundation of Georgia has a small, but dedicated staff ready and willing to assist you in any way they can. The following is a roster of staff and their areas of responsibility:

Pam Murphy, Executive Director. Pam is responsible for all administrative dealings of the affiliate, including budgets, strategic planning and management of staff. She is also the lead staff person for the Taste of Love Gala. In 2010, Pam was honored as the Employee of the Year for the Epilepsy Foundation nationwide.

Lloyd Brown, Director of Education/Client Services. All direct patient services come under Lloyd's responsibilities. These include educational outreach, support groups, camp, medication assistance fund, information and referral and physician referrals.

Nicole Holubar, Director of Development. A graduate of UGA’s Master of Nonprofit Organizations program, Nicole is involved with all aspects of the affiliate’s fundraising activities. Nicole’s main responsibilities include planning the annual Magnolia Run and Walk, assisting in the planning of the Taste of Love gala, handling the organization’s grant writing, managing the foundation’s new Studio E Art Therapy program, and working collaboratively with the entire staff to develop new events statewide.

Aly Lacks, Director of Special Projects and Events. Aly is responsible for creating exciting, new projects and events to raise awareness for epilepsy not only in the Atlanta community but throughout the entire state of Georgia. She coordinates activities in November to support and bring awareness to National Epilepsy Month, assists in all aspects of the Taste of Love Gala and the Art Therapy Project, as well as supporting many other events throughout the year.
