Jason Snelling Leads EFGA Team To Victory

Atlanta Falcons running back Jason Snelling has once again led the Epilepsy Foundation of Georgia to victory. A key volunteer with the Georgia Affiliate, Jason was featured along with 12 other Atlanta Falcon players in a series of public service videos about their involvement with various community organizations.

His video featured a visit to the epilepsy unit at Children's Healthcare and also highlighted his involvement in the National Walk for Epilepsy, visits to Capitol Hill to advocate for the epilepsy cause, his participation in the Taste of Love and his sponsorship of the Snelling's Soldiers ticket program at each Atlanta Falcon home game.

The video was part of the Rise Up Role Models program sponsored by Comcast. Viewers could choose any of the 12 videos/players/causes to watch and learn more about the Falcons involvement in the community. A special aspect to the program was that the video receiving the most views would receive a $5,000 grant from Comcast for the charity of that player. The epilepsy community responded in an overwhelming fashion , landing Jason and the Epilepsy Foundation of Georgia in the top spot.

Even though the Falcons did not quite make the Super Bowl this year, Jason will always be the MVP of our epilepsy team!
