Combined Federal Campaign - Do you work for the State or Federal Government in any way? We are getting into the time period when you will be asked by your employer representative to give to the Combined Federal Campaign. This year you will use the code number 45051 whether you live in Metro Atlanta or anywhere in the State of Georgia. No matter which division of the Federal Government or any state in the United States that you might work for, you can use the number 45051 and your contribution will come to the Epilepsy Foundation of Georgia. Please support our work in the State of Georgia.
United Way / Community Health Charities Designated Giving - You can make your contribution to United Way or Community Health Charities of Georgia and help Georgians with epilepsy and seizure disorders! Just designate your contribution to the Epilepsy Foundation of Georgia targeting your funds to benefit those where you work and live. Contact your employee giving representative to obtain a designation form and denote the Epilepsy Foundation of Georigia on your donor card!

Honor Someone -  A tribute gift not only recognizes the special times in someone's life, it also supports the important work of the Epilepsy Foundation of Georgia.
Memorials - At the death of a loved one, many people choose to give a charitable donation in memory of the one who passed away. You may make your tax-deductible contribution online. Please include contact information for the family to whom we should send a note regarding your donation. We will not disclose the amount of your gift, but we do let them know your name and address so they can send you a thank you note.
Major/Planned Gifts - There are many ways to leave a legacy. Each year the Epilepsy Foundation of Georgia is fortunate to receive gifts from individuals, helping enable excellence in outreach and support. These gifts come in a variety of forms, many of which can provide financial benefits to their donors.
Corporate Partners - Many corporations and organizations express their philanthropic spirit by getting involved with the Epilepsy Foundation of Georgia through workplace giving, direct corporate gift programs, individual and team fund-raising opportunities, and event sponsorships. H&R Block has a Non-Profit Referral Program. H&R Block will pay the Epilepsy Foundation of Georgia $25.00 for each new person that has their taxes done this coming tax season. This form is good from January 1 - November 1, 2008. The only stipulation is that you did not go to H&R Block last tax season to have your tax return completed. Open the H&R Referral Form.
